About.
Since our inception, Avingdon has been focused on building a strategic, quality advisory practice to the burgeoning for-rent 'living' sectors.
Avingdon is a privately held real estate advisory business focused on the UK's Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), Co-living and Build to Rent (BTR) alternative residential sectors.
We provide specialist investment and development consultancy advice to a wide variety of investors, developers and landowners.
We understand the full development life-cycle and are able to add value throughout. Our advisory services include focused investment strategies, nationwide deal origination and proactive planning, development and asset management initiatives.
As a niche business, we have an in-depth understanding of our marketplace and provide clients with a personalised service that combines a UK-wide strategic outlook with local expertise. We work closely with our clients to help deliver design-led, amenity-rich schemes that help foster vibrant resident communities and truly connect with their surrounding neighbourhoods.

Lefteris' career has included client-side roles at developer-operators such as the Peabody Trust, Unite Group plc and Crosslane Property Group.
With a wealth of industry knowledge and contacts, Lefteris established Avingdon in order to advise the growing number of investors and developers active in (or seeking to gain entry to) the UK PBSA sector. In recent times, Avingdon's activities have expanded to also include the closely-related Co-living and BTR sectors.
